Return & Refund Policy

At Zaroriat, we value customer satisfaction and aim to keep our return and refund process clear and fair. Please read the policy below carefully.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, broken, leaking, incorrect, or missing item, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or missing items and within 7 days for incorrect items. Supporting evidence, including clear photos and a video of the invoice, is mandatory. Claims are reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, a free pickup will be arranged, provided the product is unused and returned with original seals, tags, and packaging intact. For electronic items, direct refunds are not available; however, we will assist with manufacturer warranty claims. Valid claims may qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns requested due to a change of mind are accepted only if the item is unused and in original condition with complete packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed after inspection, and a PKR 300 handling and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Item Unavailability After Payment

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after payment, a full refund will be issued to your bank account within 48 hours, subject to receipt of your bank details.

Processing & Verification

Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery, particularly for missing item claims. Zaroriat reserves the right to verify claims through warehouse camera footage when required. Pickup arrangements are typically made within 7 days of claim approval, and the complete return or refund process may take up to 10 working days.
